Myotherapy Dry Needling Cupping Remedial Massage
Kristy is a highly skilled clinical Myo and remedial massage therapist. She holds a Diploma in remedial massage and more recently an Advanced Diploma in Myotherapy.
Myotherapy is the assessment, treatment and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal conditions and pain. Using a variety of techniques such as massage, dry needling, cupping and corrective exercises; the goals of a Myotherapy treatment is to reduce pain and restore optimal mechanics within your body.
Kristy will be available for treatment every:
Monday 11:00am - 7:15pm Saturday 8:45am - 4:15pm
Kristy’s treatments are also covered by private health insurance
